Welcome to TCI Library Connect. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our platform and services. By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.


Definitions

"TCI Library Connect": Refers to the website and services provided by TCI Library Connect.

"User": Refers to any individual or entity accessing or using TCI Library Connect.

"Author": Refers to a user who creates and uploads project materials.

"Affiliate": Refers to a user who promotes and sells project materials.

"Content": Refers to all materials, including project materials, ebooks, text, images, and other content uploaded by users.

Eligibility

To use TCI Library Connect, you must be at least 18 years old and agree to these Terms and Conditions. By using our services, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.


User Accounts

Registration: Users must create an account to access certain features of TCI Library Connect. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during the registration process.

Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

Use of Services

Permitted Use: You may use our services for lawful purposes only. You agree not to use our services to:


Upload, post, or transmit any content that is unlawful, harmful, or infringing on others' rights.

Engage in any activity that interferes with or disrupts our services.

Use any automated means to access our services.

Content Ownership: Authors retain ownership of the content they upload. By uploading content, you grant TCI Library Connect a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, and distribute your content through our platform.


Subscription Plans

Authors: Authors must subscribe to a yearly plan (₦10,000/year) with 1 month free access.

Affiliates: Affiliates must subscribe to a yearly plan (₦5,000/year) with 1 month free access.

Payment Terms: Subscription fees are non-refundable. Users must maintain an active subscription to withdraw earnings. Failure to pay the subscription fee will restrict withdrawal access. Subscriptions can be canceled at any time, but users will lose access to platform features and earnings.

Commission and Revenue Sharing

Authors: Authors receive 40% of the revenue from the sale of their content.

Affiliates: Affiliates earn 15% commission on sales across 3 levels.

Payments: Earnings are calculated and paid out according to our payment schedule. Users must maintain an active subscription to withdraw earnings.

Computer-Based Tests (CBT)

Availability: CBTs are available for primary, secondary, and tertiary institutions.

Pass Mark: Users must achieve an 80% pass mark to earn a certificate.

Content: CBT questions are sourced from past exams, including WAEC, JAMB, NECO, and GCE.

User Conduct

Prohibited Conduct: You agree not to:

Violate any applicable laws or regulations.

Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others.

Upload harmful or malicious content.

Engage in fraudulent or deceptive practices.

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to our services at our sole discretion, without notice, if you violate these Terms and Conditions or engage in prohibited conduct.


Limitation of Liability

TCI Library Connect is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any content on our platform. To the maximum extent permitted by law, TCI Library Connect and its affiliates are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.


Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TCI Library Connect, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, and expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these Terms and Conditions.


Changes to Terms and Conditions

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and the date of the latest revision will be indicated at the top of the terms. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.


Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Nigeria. Any disputes arising from or relating to these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Nigeria.
